Terms and conditions

 I am authorized to request services for the vehicle, equipment, machinery, toolbox, trailer, container, load, or other property listed above. I understand that towing, transport, recovery, loading, unloading, and relocation services involve inherent risks. Prosperity Towing and Hauling Unlimited LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, structural defects, shifting loads, hidden defects, unsecured contents, or conditions beyond its reasonable control. I authorize services to be performed and acknowledge these terms.

I understand that payment is due at time of vehicle pickup. There will be a wait time charge at the rate of $3 per minute at the drop off location of vehicle if payment has not been received. After 15 minutes vehicle will be impounded. The rate for the impound to be released is an additional $250 plus any days of storage @ the rate of $50 daily.
